The Rules

• Containers are subject to availability.
• Price includes delivery and pickup.
• Containers held past 7 days are automatically charged $10 per day.
• You must call when you are finished with the container.
• Please call 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup or delivery.  "Same Day" service is available if our schedule allows.  Please call first. 
• You must make sure that the container is not blocked and ready for pickup BEFORE calling.
• We are not responsible for damage to entire delivery area, driveways, lawns, property, wires, or branches.
• We need 14 feet clearance.
• Do not overload container.  No heaping.  DO NOT LOAD OVER RIM OF CONTAINER.  If a container is overloaded, we will NOT pick it up.  We will call you back to unload excessive materials and you will be charged extra truck time ($65.00 per hour).
• No tires, appliances containing CFC's (Freon), propane tanks, or liquids allowed.
• We do not accept any hazardous or toxic waste.
• We charge $55.00 for container "Dig Out" for overloaded or frozen loads.
• REMEMBER, we charge extra for restricted items and for blocked containers.  Customers must provide access to container.  If we have to wait or come back, extra charges will apply.  DO NOT try to bury or hide restricted items in the container.  When the load is dumped, we will find and charge for restricted items appropriately.
• Prices listed on our website are only estimates and are subject to change.  Please call our office for exact prices.
